In the event that you are not at home during the first delivery attempt of UPS and your parcel does not fit in the mailbox, your parcel will be delivered at your neighbours or if possible at a UPS Access Point near you. If the above options are not possible, your parcel will be offered to you on the next business day. In your mailbox you will receive an InfoNotice, indicating where your parcel was delivered or when it will be offered to you again. If you have indicated that you want to be informed about the status of your parcel by email, you will receive an e-mail of each delivery attempt with the instructions and the possibilities of delivery (rates for this service can be requested through our customer service). We will keep you informed about the status of your parcel, so you can track which delivery attempts have been carried out, where your parcel is and when your parcel will be returned to the sender.
